Rouse Avenue Court hears Delhi's special-court cases: CBI cases, anti-corruption cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act, money-laundering cases under the PMLA, and cases against MPs and MLAs. Since August 2026 it has also housed four Special Exclusive Courts (NDPS), which took over most of Delhi's narcotics caseload. Ordinary civil, property and family disputes are not filed here. Our advocates act at Rouse Avenue in bail, remand and trial defence in CBI, PC Act, PMLA and NDPS matters.

Rouse Avenue Court is assigned by subject, not by area: its special courts take CBI, PC Act, PMLA, MP/MLA and most NDPS cases from across Delhi under the allocation orders in force. A case comes here because of the agency that investigated it or the statute it is under, not because of which police station registered it. If you have received summons or a notice, send it to us and we will confirm the court.

You can meet our advocates at our principal chamber, S-307, 3rd Floor, Delhi High Court, Pragati Vihar, New Delhi 110003. The firm appears at Rouse Avenue but has no chamber or office in that complex, so we do not hold consultations there; we meet clients at the court only around a hearing. Rouse Avenue houses the Special Judges for CBI and Prevention of Corruption Act cases, the PMLA Special Court, the courts for cases against MPs and MLAs, four Special Exclusive Courts (NDPS) set up in August 2026, and dedicated courts for NIA/UAPA and MCOCA matters. If a Special Judge refuses bail, the next step is a bail application to the Delhi High Court under Section 483 BNSS.
